WINDOW CLEANING

We wash interior and exterior, removing the screens and washing the windows by hand. We clean window sills and tracks and no addtional charge. In addition we will clean and or repair your screens for a small fee. The process we use will protect your windows from the elements and will leave your windows expectionally shiny and streak free. We also remove paint from overspray and hard water stains from glass.

PRESSURE CLEANING

We use low and high pressure cleaning for all types of surfaces. We use chemical to kill mold and mildew, making old look new again. We also restore wood fences and decks using low pressure, this process will not splinter or damage wood. We then seal the wood to protect and prolong the life , this also keeps the wood from graying and protects it form the elements for 3 years guaranteed. House washing is also a low pressure; not to damage siding, stucco, rock, brick, and mortar joints.

We use enviorntmentally safe, bio-degradable chemicals, not harming your plants.

GUTTER CLEANING

We clean gutters by removing leafs and debris, as well as blowing down spouts to assure proper drainage. We also clean gutter facing by hand. It is common for light colored gutters to form black lines from shaded areas or the gutters not draining properly.
